  I went in with a flat tyre that I knew was badly damaged (ran over some scrap metal on the road). I knew I was going to be up for a new tyre, but the guys tried to repair it for me while I waited. Unfortunately it was not repairable (as expected) and I had to buy a new tyre. Price was OK but the good part was they didn't charge me for all the work they did trying to save the old tyre. Very happy customer :-)

  Good service. Rego was due, dropped off car and picked up an hour or so later. It was convenient to be able to do my groceries during that time. Would recommend for rego checks.

  Bad customer service - very arrogant. Only went for pink slip and was told something needed fixing that worked perfectly fine after getting a second opinion from a mechanic that knew what they were talking about. Would never go back.

  I am very disappointed, annoyed and frustrated with the service I received. I had bought new set of tyes and asked them to check wheel alignment at the same time on my new outlander and they stuffed it which no one is able to fix. I have since spent so much money and time trying to get my vehicle fixed but unfortunately I have been unsuccessful. Even Mitsubishi referred me to Pedders and they have all sorts of explanation but unable to fix. I don't recommend this store to anyone and also please don't buy a Mitsubishi if you want to live peacefully.
