    Most wonderful customer service. Top of the range flowers it would make anyone like the flowers but most of all the customer service and support is a 100% worth it. I would highly recommend this people to anyone that ask for a fantastic florist. I really like there work top flower makers

    I ordered flowers for my mums birthday 3 days before needed using an online code. On the website it clearly states free delivery ( with a list of local locations it delivers to ) with total price as stated under each bouquet. I gave the code of flowers over the phone and total should have been $65. I was charged $80. I was charged a delivery fee that should NOT exist. It was meant to be delivered in the morning but did not get delivered until the afternoon. I understand different flowers are available at different times of the year but on there website they clearly have a little box that states they are AVAILABLE. All of this I was willing to accept up until I saw what my mum got for her birthday.The value of the flowers was honestly no more than 15 dollars worth. You could count the flowers on your fingers yet the online order was full of flowers just like a wedding bouquet. I could NOT believe what she got for what I paid. completely UNACCEPTABLE! and nowhere near what I ordered. They could have at least filled the bouquet with more flowers that were up to the value of what they charge. I called to speak to the manager in regards to complaining about it. I was never called back ( because its mothers day soon and they are busy and of course with this business, CUSTOMERS COME LAST) . I called a day later and spoke to the manager who I cannot believe even calls herself a manager. I was talked over, accused of having seen pictures of flowers my mum got that she may have altered herself. She basically went on to say she arranged it herself and they are exactly what I ordered. FAR FROM WHAT I ORDERED. Coles has better arrangements for a quarter of the price. What shocked me the most was the way I WAS SPOKEN TO. How dare a store manager SPEAK OVER YOU, NOT ALLOW YOU TO EXPLAIN YOURSELF. They have no sympathy, no backbone to even listen to you let alone give you what you ordered or try fix the problem. I wish the business closed down if that's what acceptable customer service is. ABSOLUTE JOKE!. I was hung up on and was never helped with. My mum went in there and complained as well with the flowers as proof. ONCE AGAIN SHE WAS SPOKEN OVER, NEVER LISTENED TO. So much for respect and professionalism. If they say they care, please, they DON’T! especially once they charge you and get away with it.

    To put a cherry on top of all this. The flowers dried up after only 5 days. WOW , fresh as right..NOT!..All I wanted was to be listened to and maybe even sympathised with, but instead I got a raised voice, attitude and accusation over the phone.

    Ordered flowers for a special occasion and received completely wrong arrangement. Went to call back to tell them they sent the wrong flowers , not what I ordered. The owner was very rude and speaking on top of me. Didn't let me talk. When i told her not to talk over me she slammed the phone on me. Very rude and arrogant never going there again. Very disappointed payed a lot of money and didn't get what I wanted
